Biography

Born in Denmark, Ingeborg earned her Master’s degree from the University of Copenhagen, with exchange studies at Sciences Po Paris.

She has done advocacy and policy work for NGOs and networks, including ActionAid International and the Network of Farmers’ and Agricultural Producers’ Organisation of West Africa (ROPPA).  She has also been a freelance journalist.  She is currently enrolled in a PhD program in Sociology at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS) in Paris, with a focus on democratic participation in global decision-making.

She was a Visiting Fellow at GPF in late 2012 and became Program Officers in January 2013.
