  • Drafted and negotiated the Trilateral Agreement among Republic of the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia on the Exchange of Information and Establishment of Communications Procedures to Combat Terrorism.
  • Drafted and Negotiated the 2002 Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea.
  • Initiated and established Foreign Ministry Consultations with Portugal, Spain, France, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Pakistan, Egypt and Iran.
