Reforming the Security Council:
proceedings of a conference

Ambassador Colin Keating of New Zealand addresses the conference Global Policy Forum organized the conference in New York City with the Geneva-based International NGO Network on Global Governance. Over eighty people attended, including many NGO leaders. This page posts links to texts of the major speeches as well as photos of the speakers.
