Enjoy a glass of wine and mull over your day, plan your next outside in your own very private space overlooked by no one, while your children burn off any energy they have left on the play area. In this lovely setting you are merely 15 minutes or so from either the North or South coasts, with the choice of numerous coves and beaches, busy or quiet-take your pick. If it’s not a beach you choose then visit one of the many family attractions including,Poldark Mine(2mins drive)Flambards(10mins) Play a round of golf (10 mins) the beautiful Minack Theatre, Lands End, St Ives Tate Modern and the Eden Project all within an hours drive. We could go on...Having exhausted yourselves (and hopefully the kids too!) return to the comfort of your cottage and barbeque or why not take a 5 minute stroll to the local pub to enjoy home cooked food and real Cornish ale.

Accommodation

From the large patio the stable door entrance takes you into the large fully fitted family kitchen with plenty of room for coats/boots. The light and spacious lounge/dining room has a beamed ceiling and granite features . Upstairs there are three lovely bedrooms, a double with garden views and en suite shower room, a large twin room with duel aspect countryside views, a pretty single room and family bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and toilet. Outside is a sheltered “secret garden” surrounded by mature shrubs and flowers and large patio with a brick built barbeque.

Garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for 2 cars. Full central heating throughout inc. May - end Sept. Additional £15 per week. Oct - end April to be paid to owner on arrival. Non smoking property. £50 damage deposit payable on booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection on departure.
