
As program director Celia Sudhoff coordinates the national and international work of the Treaty Alliance Germany and accompanies the process towards an international treaty on business and human rights. She is also closely following the Second World Summit for Social Development taking place in November 2025 in Doha, Qatar.
During her Master's degree in "Empowerment Studies" with a focus on human rights policies at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences (graduating in February 2024), she supported the office of the German debt relief alliance „erlassjahr.de / Jubilee Germany“ in administration, projects and studies. From 2014-2018 she studied political and communication sciences at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. During this time, she was an intern at "Kindernothilfe" and the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Sydney, among others. After completing her Bachelor's degree, she spent six months as a volunteer with the environmental organization "Fundación Proyecto Ecológico Chiriboga" in Quito, Ecuador.
She speaks German, English, Spanish and some French.
